How Did We Select Our Date?
Well of course the first question after you get engaged is, "SO WHEN ARE YA"LL GETTING MARRIED?" I knew right off that I wanted to get married in the summer time. Our first date was set for June 9, 2012, but the place for the reception was already booked so we decided to move the date back to June 16, 2012. To tell you the truth, this date as no significant value yet, but it just seemed to fit in on the calendar. In the end this date works even better. It will give me time to get end of the year teaching things finished and then allow me to have a great kick-off to summer next year. I really cannot wait to become Mrs. John Thomas Crist Jr.

At first I was like gee she's getting married this week! Then I realized you must be talking about next year. Moving the date back was a good idea since we won't be finished with work until June 1st next year. Getting married sounds like a great way to roll into your summer! Best wishes!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Yes I am talking about next year. My fiance is still in school and he will not graduate until May 2012. We always said that we were both going to have a degree before we graduate. So that is why we are waiting. By the time we get married we will be engaged for one year and eight months.
